Items Arriving Damaged
If you have taken delivery and your order has been damaged – please take photos of the damage to BOTH the item and the packaging and email the photos to us at ljfp15@gmail.com or
text photos to 614-571-0932
Photographic evidence is normally sufficient for us to start a claim with the couriers.
Once we have received the email/text of the damaged photos, we will order replacement photos and you will receive an email when the replacement order is shipped.
Incorrect Items Received
If you have received your order and there are any missing or incorrect items please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve any issues immediately. If any items need to be collected we will make the necessary arrangements with the couriers to avoid any costs for you and minimize inconvenience as much as possible.
Refunds
If you decide within 14 days of receiving your prints that you no longer want them, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your photos. If we are unable to retake your photo, we will refund it. We will ask you to take photos of the prints ripped up/destroyed and email a picture to us at ljfp15@gmail.com. This will avoid the need for the prints to be returned to us. (We don’t resell returned prints). Once we receive the photographic evidence showing the prints have been sufficiently destroyed – we will issue you a refund less 5% of the total order price. This 5% is the non-refundable credit card processing fee. This includes refunds for orders that are placed, but no individual photo is taken. There are NO refunds on any internet file orders.
